Raffle Baskets

We would appreciate any items you can donate to fill up our Raffle Baskets or purchasing raffle tickets during the performances.

Raffle tickets are chosen on the last day , March 16

Production Costs

We are selling space in our Program for Business or Personal Ads.

Advertise your busines or tell a Cast, Crew, or Pit member how proud you are of their performance and being part of the musical.

$25 for business card size

$40 for 1/3 of a page

$80 for a full page

This spring, we are performing the musical, Annie Get Your Gun (Stone). This production is large and complex- more than 90 students will contribute their creativity and time on stage, in the pit, and backstage.

The production takes a significant amount of money for costumes, backdrops, and related items. We are funded solely by ticket sales and community sponsorships.

We will need lumber for 9 different set locations, fabric for gowns, suits, and other specialty-theme items for our raffle baskets and concession stand

We are grateful to the Gig Harbor community, which has welcomed our 3 annual productions- a play, musical, and a one-act play festival- with open arms. Each production draws an audience of almost 1500 community members.
